There are no shipping charges for orders in India above Rs 1000. For the orders below Rs 1000, there will be shipping charges applicable. In the case of international orders shipping charges are applicable.

Yes we do deliver out of India, and it generally takes 15 days, depending on the city, but there is no Cash on Delivery facility for
international orders, also international orders are not eligible for returns and exchange.

You will get a confirmation mail of the placed order and will further notify you once it is dispatched from the warehouse.

Return and exchange can be done through our one link on return center.
You need to pack the product back in its original packaging (with tags) and seal it. Hand the packet over to our courier person, and as soon as we have it back in our warehouse, we shall refund the amount in your source account if it’s a pre- paid order and in Bank if COD order.

In case of  Exchange the exchange product will be dispatched once the product is picked from your premises.
There is no additional charge for any exchange orders or return orders.

In that case, please place a return for the product from the below link. Once the return request is placed we will pick the product and refund the whole amount without any additional cost.
